We have four lodges available for sale - three are A type lodges with the traditional layout: on the ground floor, a bathroom, kitchen, a double bedroom and a large dining and living area with balcony; upstairs there is a double bedroom with a small en-suite and an open plan bedroom with balcony. Two also have storage beneath. The other does not have storage, but does have an additional shower cabinet in the upstairs bedroom.
The fourth lodge is a modified A type, with an upstairs hall and storage, and two private bedrooms. It is also unusual in that it has painted internal walls.
Although our lodges are intended, and used, as holiday homes, there are no restrictions on occupancy at Barend, so that all of the lodges can be used all year.
2 Barend
In its secluded location at the North West end of Barend, the lodge enjoys peace and quiet with views of the paddocks and the surrounding countryside, with its teeming wildlife, from its balconies, with a large grassed area to the rear. It has been modified to offer 2 private bedrooms upstairs, and some of its internal walls are painted. The lodge is currently being used for holiday lets, and is popular with holiday makers. 4 Barend
