We have two lodges available for sale - both are A type lodges with the traditional layout: on the ground floor, a bathroom, kitchen, a double bedroom and a large dining and living area with balcony; upstairs there is a double bedroom with a small en-suite and an open plan bedroom with balcony. One of these, 42, has storage beneath. The other does not have storage, but does have an additional shower cabinet in the upstairs bedroom.
Although our lodges are intended, and used, as holiday homes, there are no restrictions on occupancy at Barend, so that all of the lodges can be used all year.
10 Barend
10 Barend is in the bottom row, at the North West end of Barend, so enjoying the views of the paddocks, whilst still having views of the loch. Although it has the traditional layout, it also has the advantage of an additional shower in the upstairs bedroom. 42 Barend
This was on the market previously and then withdrawn from sale. It will not be withdrawn again. It is in a wonderful location, directly over the loch. It also has the benefit of a large storage space under the chalet, a fully modernised kitchen, and the patio doors onto the balconies are Everest double glazed uPVC. The lodge is currently being used for holiday lets as a pet free chalet and is very popular with holiday makers.
